Shipping Policy – Chandrakalakriti

Shipping and delivery — India

Chandrakalakriti ships to all pin codes in India. We have partnered with reliable logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.

Order dispatch

Chandrakalakriti orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will contact you regarding the revised timeline.

Order delivery

Within India: our logistics partner usually delivers within 2–3 days for metro cities and 5–7 days for non-metro cities, counted from the time we dispatch your order. In the case of unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there may be a delay in delivering your order.

International orders (outside India): every package passes through several checkpoints before it reaches you safely. You can expect your package within 5 to 10 days from your order date. In rare cases of delay, please write to us at reachchandrakalakriti@gmail.com and we will provide you with more information on your order.

Shipping charges

Within India: Chandrakalakriti offers free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. A cash-handling charge of ₹50 applies to all Cash on Delivery orders within India.

International: international shipping charges are calculated according to the weight of the products in your order and are added automatically to your cart at checkout. Our shipping charges are on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

Import duties and customs

All product prices on our website, and all shipping charges, are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient of the order, you are liable for all import duties, customs charges and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure these are paid so that your order can be released on arrival.

If they are not paid, your order may be held at customs or returned to our warehouse. In that event we are not able to refund the original shipping charges, and the cost of the return will also be deducted from any amount due to you.
