Payment Policy

We accept payments through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and other secure online payment methods available on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations within India. A Cash Handling Charge of ₹50 is applicable on all COD orders.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation, except for Cash on Delivery orders.

For customised orders, bulk purchases, or corporate gifting orders, Chandrakalakriti reserves the right to request partial or full advance payment before production begins.
