Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched from our warehouse.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at reachchandrakalakriti@gmail.com with your order details.

Once an order has been processed, handcrafted, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

In the rare event that Chandrakalakriti is unable to fulfil your order due to stock unavailability or any unforeseen operational issue, we will inform you immediately and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
